CANCELLATION POLICY

By accessing and using PayKosh, YOU accept and agree to the terms, conditions, and rules without limitation or qualification. We reserve the right to modify the terms at any time without giving YOU prior notice. Your use of PayKosh following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the modified terms. Any additional terms and conditions, disclaimers, privacy policies, and other policies applicable in general and/or to specific areas of this website, PayKosh, or to a particular service are also considered part of this policy.

PayKosh does not at any point during any transaction between the USER and merchant/vendor and/or service provider take ownership of any of the products or services provided by the merchant. Nor does PayKosh assert any rights or claims over the products or services offered by the merchant to the USER. Any cancellation or adjustment, if applicable, will be governed as per the terms and conditions of the aggregator or the merchant/vendor. PayKosh has no role in governing cancellation or adjustment requests and will not be responsible for any matters arising therefrom.

In the event YOU erroneously send a payment to a wrong party or have sent a payment for a wrong amount, PayKosh shall have no liability in this regard and your only recourse will be to contact such third party to whom the payment was sent and seek resolution, if any. PayKosh will not reverse or take responsibility for cancellations or adjustments arising from payments erroneously made by YOU.

All sales of prepaid recharge on the PayKosh platform are final, and cancellations or exchanges are not permitted. YOU are responsible for entering correct details, such as the mobile number or DTH account number for which YOU purchased the prepaid recharge, and any charges that result from those purchases. PayKosh will not be responsible for cancellations due to incorrect account information or data card details provided by YOU.

PayKosh disclaims any accountability, legal liabilities, losses, damages, or otherwise that might arise due to the acts, omissions, or otherwise of any USER on its website or mobile application. USER/YOU expressly admit that PayKosh is only a payment facilitator and intermediary and stands indemnified from any accountability that might arise because of the same. YOU (USER) acknowledge that using PayKosh’s website or mobile application is an implicit acceptance of this policy.

YOU are advised to review the terms and conditions of the merchant/vendor on their website or platform. PayKosh is not responsible for any inability to access such terms and conditions or for any loss resulting from their content or lack thereof. YOU agree and acknowledge that the actual contract for sale is between YOU and the merchant/vendor. PayKosh does not control or prevent changes to the content, listings, or bookings made available by the aggregator or merchant/vendor and is not responsible for any such content. YOU should contact the respective aggregator or merchant/vendor directly for clarifications.

PayKosh is not a warrantor of the content, listings, bookings, or services provided by aggregators or merchants/vendors. Any disputes related to warranties, guarantees, or services must be addressed directly between YOU and the merchant/vendor. PayKosh will not be liable for any claims related to misrepresentation or post-sale issues.

The availability of services, interface, API operations, and related information is subject to errors, oversights, delays, or interruptions due to technical or external factors such as force majeure events, government actions, or third-party failures. PayKosh shall not be responsible for any cancellations resulting from such circumstances.

Any amount transferred erroneously or for any reason by YOU shall not be eligible for cancellation or adjustment by PayKosh. YOU understand and agree that PayKosh is not a party to the contract between YOU and the merchant, and PayKosh is not responsible for monitoring services or products used by YOU.

Any payment made erroneously or transferred to an unintended account shall not be eligible for cancellation or adjustment by PayKosh. Links to third-party websites are not endorsements, and YOU shall be subject to the terms and conditions of those sites.

Any amount transferred erroneously or for any reason by the USER shall not be refunded to the USER in any circumstances.

PayKosh’s Human Resource (HR) and software services are designed to support businesses by enhancing operational efficiency, compliance, and service delivery. However, any cancellation requests related to services provided through aggregators or merchants must be handled as per their policies and not through PayKosh.

PayKosh will not be responsible for recovering money in case YOU initiate a fund transfer to an unintended or incorrect account.

The following terms and conditions shall apply to any fund transfer or collection services provided by PayKosh. The USER shall provide correct beneficiary details at the time of availing the service and will be solely responsible for any errors like incorrect virtual payment address, mobile number, account number, or IFSC code that result in transfers to unintended recipients. Once a payment order is executed by PayKosh, it becomes irrevocable and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the USER.

The USER is responsible for the accuracy of instructions provided to PayKosh, and once in the prescribed form, these instructions will be sufficient to operate the service. PayKosh is not required to independently verify these instructions and has no liability if it cannot stop or prevent the execution of a payment order. Any cancellation requests after the payment has been executed will not be entertained.

Refund Policy

PayKosh’s refund policy is governed by the terms and conditions of the respective aggregator, merchant, vendor, or service provider, as PayKosh acts solely as a payment facilitator and intermediary and does not control refund requests, cancellations, or disputes. All prepaid recharge transactions, including those for mobile numbers, DTH accounts, data cards, or similar services, are final with no refund or exchange permitted, and users are fully responsible for entering correct account details at the time of purchase. In cases where payments are sent erroneously to an incorrect party or for an incorrect amount, PayKosh shall not be liable for refunding or reversing such payments, and users must directly contact the recipient to seek redress. Refunds, if processed, will be credited only to the user’s PayKosh wallet, and PayKosh is not responsible for processing refunds outside this wallet or for errors arising from incorrect beneficiary information. Additionally, any cashback applied to a refunded transaction will be rolled back, and if already consumed, the applicable amount will be deducted from the original refund amount. PayKosh does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the products or services listed on its platform, and users are expected to resolve refund-related disputes directly with the merchant or vendor as per their policies. Once a payment order is executed by PayKosh, it becomes irrevocable and cannot be revoked or reversed by the user, with PayKosh having no liability for any resulting losses. In the event of any dispute, PayKosh’s records will serve as conclusive evidence of the transactions processed through its platform.
